Download the backed-up files from Norton Online Backup account to any computer

Sign in to the Norton Online Backup website using your email address and password.

Next to the backup set that you want to download files from, click File Actions, and then click Download a File.

To download a specific version of a file, click Show Options, and then select the backup set from the drop-down list.

Do one of the following:

• To search for a specific file or folder, type the file name in the search box and then click Search.

  To use the advanced search options, click Show Advanced Search, and then select the Advanced Filters.

• To browse through the backed-up files and folders, in the Folders pane, click the folder name and navigate down the folder tree.

  The Files pane displays the backed-up files in the selected folder.

Click the file name that you want to download.

Follow the browser prompt to save the files on your computer.

If you want to download multiple files from the backup set, repeat lines 4 through 8 for each file.
