Fix problem with repeated sign-in prompts from Norton Secure VPN after every restart of your device

Click the Norton Secure VPN icon in the system tray or notification area.

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the list of currently installed programs, select Norton Secure VPN, and click Remove or Uninstall.

Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Norton Secure VPN.

Sign in to your account.

If you are not signed in to Norton already, you are prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.

If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account and complete the sign-up process.

In the Subscriptions page, select Norton Secure VPN, and then click Download.

Click Agree & Download.

Click OK to save and open the Setup.zip file.

When the download finishes, double-click the Norton product Installer.

If you see a Security Warning about opening the downloaded file, click Run to continue.

Click Next to start the installation.

Read the license agreement, and then click I Agree.

When the installation finishes, click Finish.

Sign in to Norton Secure VPN.

In the Norton Secure VPN settings, make sure that 'Launch at startup' and 'Auto-connect' is enabled.

Restart your device.

After you restart the device, launch Norton Secure VPN.

In the top-right corner of the Norton Secure VPN window, click the settings icon, and select Quit Norton Secure VPN.

Launch Norton Secure VPN again.

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton Secure VPN.
