Fix problems adding a user account to Norton Family when connected to a domain
Add the user account to the local user group

Press the
+ keys to open the Run dialog box. -
In the Run dialog box, type the following, and then click .
lusrmgr.msc
If the User Account Control prompt appears, click .

In the Local Users and Groups management window, in the left pane, click .

In the right pane, right-click and select
. -
Type the domain user account name that you want to add to Norton Family. Type password and confirm password, and then click
. -
Exit the Local Users and Groups management window.
Add the user account to Norton Family

In the notification area, click the Norton Family icon, and then click .

Type your parent email and password, and then click
. -
Next to the child profile that you want to assign the domain user account to monitor to, click
. -
Click
, and then check the user account name which you have created in Step 1. -
