Change vault password for Norton Password Manager

You can change the Norton Password Manager vault password only through the browser extension. You need to be logged into vault in order to change password. If you forget your vault password, you can Reset vault password of Norton Password Manager from your mobile device

Change Norton Password Manager vault password from browser extension

1. Open your browser.

2. Click Norton Password Manager on the top-right corner of the browser.

3. In the screen that appears, under Set Up Your Web Browser, click Next.

4. Sign in to your account.

5. Do one of the following:

   • If you have set up Mobile Unlock, click Approve on your mobile device to log in to your Norton Password Manager vault.

   • If you have not set up Mobile Unlock, click Enter your vault password on your Norton Password Manager browser extension.

6. In the Unlock your vault window, type your vault password and click Unlock.

7. In the Password Manager window, click Settings.

8. In the Settings page, under Vault Settings, click Change vault Password.

9. In the Change vault Password page, follow the on-screen instructions to change the password and click Save.
