Update the verbal passcode for your NortonLifeLock account

You use a verbal passcode to confirm your identity when speaking with a NortonLifeLock member service agent by phone. It is an added layer of protection to authenticate the identity of the person calling.

Update the verbal passcode

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click Monitored Info tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Contact Preferences section.

  4. Next to Verbal Passcode, click Update.

  5. Enter a verbal passcode of your choice and then click Save.
