Error: "Unable to Activate" when activating Norton installed from email invite
You may encounter this error when you try to activate your Norton product which you have already installed on a different device from the email installation invite. You can manually enter your product key to activate your product when prompted. For more information, read Find your Norton product key
Alternately, you can send a new email install invitation from your Norton account to install the product or reinstall the product from your Norton account.

Sign in to your account.

Click Download.
If you want to install a different subscribed product, go to My Subscriptions. In the My Subscriptions tab, select the Norton product with an active subscription and click Download. -
In the Get Started page, click Send Download Link option.

Enter an email address you can access on your device and click Send. An email will be sent to the email address with instructions to install the Norton product.

Locate and open the email that you received from Norton.
If your install link is expired, or if you have lost or not received the setup invitation, contact the person who sent you the invite.

Click Download Now.

Click Agree and Download.
Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file. These can be different depending on your browser. If you save the file, make sure that you double-click the file from the saved location after the download is completed.
Once the Downloader is executed, your product will be downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device will display its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your Norton account.

Sign in to your account from your device where you want to install the Norton product.

If you need help to recover your password for your account, read Reset your Norton account password.

If you see the message "Action Required: Save your order online" when you sign in to your Norton account, read Message "Please confirm your purchase".

In the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to download.

Click Download.

In the Get Started window, click Agree and Download.
