Message: "Your subscription is inactive" appears in Norton 360 or Norton VPN mobile app

From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 or Norton VPN app.

Depending on your purchase, do one of the following to renew your Norton subscription:

• To purchase a new plan:

  Tap Choose Your Plan, and then tap Subscribe Now for the plan that you chose.

• If you have any other active Norton licenses:

  Tap Redeem a Subscription, and then enter your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then tap Verify.

• If you have purchased your subscription from Norton.com or retail:

  Tap Retrieve your purchase, and then enter your Norton account credentials.

• If you have purchased your subscription from a service provider:

  Tap Activate, enter a partner code that you received from your service provider, and then tap Next.

• If you have an existing active Norton subscription purchased from Google Play Store:

  At the bottom of the main app screen, next to You have an existing purchase from Google, tap Apply.

From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 or Norton VPN app.

To purchase a new plan, tap Activate Today, select your plan and then tap Continue for the plan that you chose.

To redeem your subscription, tap Redeem a subscriptiondo one of the following to renew your Norton subscription:

• If you have purchased your subscription from Norton.com or retail, tap Sign in with Norton account, and then enter your Norton account credentials.

• If you have an existing active Norton subscription purchased from App Store, then tap Restore from App Store.

• If you have purchased your subscription from a service provider, tap Sign in with your service provider.
