This error occurs if the Norton Safe Web extension is not installed or is disabled in the default browser.

To resolve this issue, click on Fix Now in the main window. You are redirected to the default browser extension store. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Norton Safe Web extension.

You can also manually Add the Norton browser extensions in all your browsers.
