Activate Norton Utilities Premium or Norton Utilities Ultimate

This document helps you activate Norton Utilities Premium/Norton Utilities Ultimate on your computer.

The product key for Norton Utilities Premium/Norton Utilities Ultimate is different from the product key for your Norton protection. To activate your Norton Utilities Premium/Norton Utilities Ultimate product, you need to enter the product key from your Norton Account, or from the installation screen.

Activate Norton Utilities Premium or Norton Utilities Ultimate

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Hover the mouse over your name at the top-right corner and click My Subscriptions.

3. On the My Subscriptions tab, scroll down till you see Norton Utilities Premium or Norton Utilities Ultimate. You can find the product key right next to the product. Write down or copy the product key.

   Also, at the time of installation, your product key is displayed on the installation screen. You can copy or write down the product key from here and enter it at the time of activation.

4. Open Norton Utilities product.

5. Click on the help icon present on the top-right corner of the screen.

6. Click About Norton Utilities Premium or About Norton Utilities Ultimate.

7. In the Norton window, click Change Key.

8. Enter the Norton Utilities product key and click Finish Activation.

Common mistakes when entering the product key

• Spaces in the product key will cause an error.

• Make sure that you enter the license information for Norton Utilities Premium or Norton Utilities Ultimate. License information for one Norton product is not interchangeable with another Norton product.

• If you still see a message indicating incorrect or invalid licensing information, verify that you typed the license information exactly as shown.

• Some characters (such as the number 0 and the letter O) can look very similar. Try double-checking the following: The letters O, l (lower-case l), I (capital I); and the numbers 0 (zero) and 1 (one).
