Set up Financial Monitoring feature using your Norton 360 app to check for suspicious transactions

Financial Monitoring helps you keep an eye on your financial activities so you can spot any suspicious transactions on your bank accounts and credit cards.

It scans for any potential issues for your financial accounts that are linked within your Norton 360 app, which include:

  • Hidden fees like overdraft or bank charges

  • Suspicious activity, such as fraud or high spending

  • Unexpected bill changes like duplicate charges or price increases

Important points to know:

  • Currently, the Financial Monitoring feature is available only for select users in the United States.

  • Currently, the Financial Monitoring feature is supported only on Windows.

Set up and link your Financial Account

  1. Open your Norton device security app.

  2. On the main window, click the Control Panel tab and under the Financial Monitoring section, click Set Up or Link an account.

  3. Click Set up Financial Monitoring > Link your account.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the addition of your financial institution.
