If you see this error message, it indicates that you have multiple Norton installer DMG files mounted on your Mac.
To fix this problem, in the error message window, click OK and follow the below steps:
On your desktop, locate the Norton installer DMG mount file.
If you see multiple Norton installer DMG files on your desktop, right-click on the older DMG file and click Eject “Install Norton”.
Run the latest Norton installer DMG mount file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
