You can now sign in to Norton with your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account. All you need is to link your Apple ID, a Google email, or a Microsoft account with your existing account.
Once the account is linked, you can sign in using your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account the next time you sign in.
If you prefer not to use this option, you can continue signing in to your account with your Norton credentials.
If you do not have a Norton account, you can also create one using your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account. For more information, read Create a Norton account.
If you encounter any errors related to linking or signing in using your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account, refer to Resolve errors related to Norton account sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft for assistance.
If your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account is linked to your Norton account and you no longer wish to use it to sign in to Norton, you can unlink them at any time. After unlinking, you will still be able to log in using your Norton account email address/username and password.
You can link either an Apple ID, a Google email, or a Microsoft account to your Norton account. Once the account is linked, you can sign in using your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account the next time you sign in.
Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.
Click Sign in with Apple.
Enter your Apple ID that you want to link.
Enter your Apple ID password and the two-factor authentication code that you received.
If prompted, click Trust to avoid entering two-factor codes again on this browser unless you sign out completely or change your password.
Click Continue.
Enter your current Norton account username and then click Continue.
Enter your Norton account password and then click Continue.
In the Your accounts are linked window, click Done.
Your Norton account is now linked with your Apple ID.
Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.
Click Sign in with Google.
Sign in to your Google account. If you have multiple Google accounts, choose the one you want to link.
Enter your current Norton account username and then click Continue.
Enter your Norton account password, and click Continue.
If you have forgotten the password, click Request one-time password. The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered email address of this account.
In the Your accounts are linked window, click Done.
Your Norton account is now linked to your Google account.
Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.
Click Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Sign in to your Microsoft account. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, choose the Microsoft account that you want to link.
Enter your current Norton account username, and click Continue
Enter your Norton account password, and click Continue.
If you have forgotten the password, click Request one-time password. The One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered email address of this account.
In the Your accounts are linked window, click Done.
You can now use Microsoft to easily sign into your Norton account.
In case you no longer wish to use your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account to sign in to Norton, you can unlink it at any time. After unlinking your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account, you will still be able to log in using your Norton account email address/username and password.
Sign in to your account.
On the Account Settings page, next to Linked Accounts, click Unlink next to the Apple account that you want to remove.
If the Apple ID was not shared with Norton, you must reset the username.
If the account does not have a password set, you will be prompted to set up a new password.
In the Sign In page, click Continue.
The username will be your Norton account username or email address.
Enter your Norton account password and then click Sign In.
Your Apple ID is now unlinked from your Norton account.
Sign in to your account.
On the Account Settings page, next to Linked Accounts, click Unlink next to the Google account that you want to remove.
In the confirmation screen, click Unlink.
If the account does not have a password, you will be prompted to set up a new password.
Your Google email address is now unlinked from your Norton account. You will be logged out of your Norton account.
In the Sign In page, click Continue.
The username will be your Norton account username or email address.
Sign in to your account.
On the Account Settings page, next to Linked Accounts, click Unlink next to the Microsoft account that you want to remove.
In the confirmation screen, click Unlink.
If the account does not have a password, you will be prompted to set up a new password.
Your Microsoft account is now unlinked from your Norton account. You will be logged out of your Norton account.
In the Sign In page, click Continue.
The username will be your Norton account username or email address.
