Updating your credit card information
You can update your credit card information by signing in to your Norton account.
Norton notifies you to update your payment details when your subscription is due for automatic renewal and the credit card information in your account is outdated. You can also update your information by clicking the notification.
If you see the message, "We are not able to process changes to your credit card information," regulatory bodies may have implemented regulations that cause this issue. In such cases, go to norton.com/renewal to renew your subscription.
Update your billing information from your computer
- Sign in to your Norton account.
- Choose the option that applies to your situation:
- To update an existing card, click the Edit icon next to your card, and then type the information you want to update.

- To add a new card, fill in the required information.

- Click Save.
You will see an "Update successful" confirmation message, and Norton will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
