Add a device to your existing Norton protection

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click My Subscriptions.

3. Under your Norton plan, click Download or Share.

4. If you are on the device you want to protect, select Agree & Download. If you are not on that device, click Send Download Link to Email or SMS the link to the new device.

5. Save the file on your device and double-click the file to install your protection and follow the on-screen steps.

   By default, the file is saved in the Downloads folder on both Mac and PCs.

6. Sign in when prompted to finish activating your Norton protection.

If you are on the mobile device you want to protect:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and tap My Subscriptions.

3. Under your Norton plan, click Download or Share.

4. Choose the app to download as part of your plan, select Next.

5. You will be redirected to the Google Play Store or App Store, tap Install.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.  

If you are not on the device you want to protect:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click My Subscriptions.

3. Under your Norton plan, click Download or Share.

4. Choose the app to download as part of your plan, select Next.

5. Click Send Download Link, to Email or SMS the link to the new device. 

   You can also open the camera app on your new device, point it at the QR code, then tap the link to download the app.

6. Tap Download Now in the email on your new device.

7. Choose the app to download as part of your plan, tap Next.

8. You will be redirected to the Play Store or App Store, tap Install.

9. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
