Find missing files or backup sets when you try to restore from Norton Secure Cloud Storage
To access the files or backup sets from the Norton Secure Cloud Storage, restore the files using Norton.
These steps are for the current version of Norton. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.
Restore the files from Secure Cloud Storage

Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click .

In the main window, double-click
, and then click . -
In the Restore Files window, under Restore From, click .

Click the refresh icon.

Under Restore Source, select the backup set that you want to restore, and then click .

Depending on your situation, do one of the following:

To restore all files: Under Files, select .

To restore specific files: Click
and select the files. Click .

Under Restore To, select the location where the files have to be restored.
By default, the files are restored to the original location. To choose a different location, click
. -
In the Restore Files window, under Restore Location select the location, and click .
The files/folders can take some time to get listed and depends on the backup set size. Kindly wait for a few minutes, until they appear, and then proceed to restore them.

Follow the on-screen instructions to restore the backup sets.
If you cannot download the file, restore the files from your Norton account.

Sign in to your account.

In the My Norton page, under Cloud Backup, click .

Under Your Total Backup, select the backup you want to download from.

Navigate through the folders, and click the file that you want to restore.
You can only restore one file at a time.
