Set up and monitor your personal information using Norton 360 app on your mobile device

Identity is a feature that monitors your personal information on the dark web and notifies you if your personal information is detected.

This feature is available only for users subscribed to Norton 360 for Mobile or Norton 360 plans that include Dark Web Monitoring1 or Norton 360 subscription that includes LifeLock2 Identity Theft Protection purchased from Norton.com or retail, or through in-app purchase. This feature is not available in all countries.

Android

  1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. Tap Identity.

  3. Read the on-screen instructions carefully and if required you can enable the Biometric Unlock option to securely access your ID Theft Protection.

  4. In the Identity screen, you can add or monitor your personal information.

iOS

  1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. Tap Identity.

  3. Depending on your subscription, do one of the following:

    • If you are subscribed to Norton 360 for Mobile or Norton 360 plans that include Dark Web Monitoring, you can view and respond to identity alerts. If prompted, type in your Norton account credentials that was used for purchase, and then tap Continue.

    • If you have Norton 360 subscription that includes LifeLock Identity Theft Protection and if you have already installed the LifeLock Identity app on your device, you can view and respond to identity alerts. If prompted, type in your account email address and password and then tap Continue.

      If you have not installed the LifeLock Identity app on your device, tap the Get App option and you will be redirected to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store page to download and install the LifeLock Identity app on your device.

1Dark Web Monitoring within Norton 360 for Mobile and Norton 360 Deluxe plans defaults to monitoring your email address and begins immediately. Sign in to your account to enter additional information for monitoring purposes.

2LifeLock does not monitor all transactions at all businesses.
