Respond to notifications when an unauthorized change is made to your Norton account
For information and security purposes, an email will be sent to your registered email address when certain changes are made to your Norton account. If your email address is changed, a notification will be sent to both the old and new email addresses. The email will be sent from .

When your account password is changed, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. You can reset or change your password in Account Settings, or by requesting an account recovery email.

When any of your billing information is updated, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. Billing information includes details like your credit card number, expiration date, name on card, or billing address.

When your billing information is deleted, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. Billing information can be deleted at the request of the account owner, or the owner of the credit card associated with the account. Another person's payment method could become associated with your account if they paid for an order on your account in the past.
If you or someone you have authorized to access your account, or the owner of the payment method on the account, did not request to delete the billing information on your account, contact Member Services & Support.
