If you used the wrong email during your Norton purchase, you can first check if you can sign in, then contact Norton Support if you are unable to.
If you know the incorrect email you entered, try signing in with that email and the password you created.
If you are able to sign in, go to Account Settings and update your email address to the correct one.
If you cannot sign in, contact Norton Support.
