Message: "We were unable to scan your Calendar invites. Tap Retry or try again"

To fix this problem, tap Retry in the error message alert. If you still have issues, turn on and turn off the Airplane Mode on your device and then try scanning your calendar invites using your Norton 360 app.

STEP 1

Turn on and turn off the Airplane Mode

  1. Swipe up from the bottom edge of your device screen to view Control Center.

    On iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 13 or later, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen to view Control Center.

  2. In the Control Center, tap the Airplane icon to turn on Airplane mode.

  3. Wait for at least 30 seconds, tap the Airplane icon again to turn off Airplane mode, and then go to step 2.

STEP 2

Scan your calendar invites

  1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. Tap Secure Calendar.

  3. Tap and pull down the Secure Calendar screen to start a scan.
