How do I get this update on my device?
There is no action required from you. The update process is automatic.
Can I opt out of this update and go back to the previous plan?
No, this is an automatic update and you cannot opt out of it. This update will provide you with additional features like Cloud Backup for PC1, Smart Firewall for PC or Firewall for Mac and Secure VPN to help protect your device and the data on it.
As a customer, you deserve the latest protection that is available. Once updated, you cannot go back to the previous plan.
