This error is displayed if VPN fails to connect to the VPN server, which can be caused due to temporary problems with your network connection. To fix this problem, wait for some time and try connecting to VPN again.
If the issue persists, depending on your operating system, connect to a different VPN region.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Launch Norton VPN.
On the Norton VPN screen, tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen..
On the Change VPN Location screen, select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
You can also use the search box to find a country or city to connect.
The Recent section lists the most recent VPN regions you have connected to.
Launch Norton 360.
At the bottom of the main screen, tap Menu and then tap VPN.
Tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen and select a different country from the drop-down list.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Launch Norton VPN.
On the Norton VPN screen, tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen.
On the Change VPN location screen, select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
You can also use the search box to find a country or city to connect.

Launch Norton 360.
Tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen and select a different country from the drop-down list.
If the issue persists, delete your VPN profile and try again. To delete your VPN profile, read Learn more about deleting your Norton VPN profile
If the issue still persists, check your Internet connection and connect to a different network.
Check if you can access the Internet.
If you are having an issue accessing the Internet when the VPN is disconnected, then the problem is with your Internet connection.
If you still see the error, connect to a different Wi-Fi network or connect to mobile data connection on your device
