I want to download my Norton Small Business product
Norton Small Business offers you multi-platform security product to protect your devices. Follow these instructions to download and install the latest version of Norton Security offered by Norton Small Business on your computer. If you are not the Norton Small Business account owner, go to Download and Install on user's device.
Your Norton account is automatically created when you purchase from the Norton Online Store. If your product is not registered to your account, go to Download and Install an unregistered Norton Small Business.
If you have already activated your product, go to Download and Install a registered Norton Small Business.
Download and Install an unregistered Norton Small Business

Sign in to your account.

If you are not signed in to Norton already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.
If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account and complete the sign-up process.

In the Install on this device window, make sure the product name that is displayed is the one you want to install, click Agree & Download.
If you want to install a new product, not listed in the window, click Enter a Product Key, and then enter the product key or PIN to begin the download.

Do one of the following depending on your browser:

For Windows: Press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

For Mac: Press Command + Option + L, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your Norton product is now installed and activated.
Download and Install a registered Norton Small Business

Sign in to your account.

In the Subscriptions page, select Norton Small Business, and click Download.

In the Install on this device window, click Agree & Download.

Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file. These can be different depending on your browser. If you save the file, make sure that you double-click the file from the saved location after the download is completed.
Once the Downloader is executed, your product will be downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device will display its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your Norton account.
Send email invitation to the users
You should email instructions to install the Norton product on your user's device through Norton account.

Sign in to your account.

If you are not signed in to Norton already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.
If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account and complete the sign-up process.

In the Subscriptions page, select Norton Small Business, and click Download.

Click Install on Another Device.

In the Install on another device window, enter the email addresses of the users on whose device you want to install the product and click the send button.

Click Send Invites.

Click Done.
Download and Install on user's device

Locate and open the email from The Norton Team.
If your install link is expired, or if you have lost or not received the setup invitation, contact your Norton Small Business product owner.

Click Install Norton.

Follow the instructions that are displayed to Run or Save and Run the Downloader file. These can be different depending on your browser.
You are not required to sign in or create a Norton account to download or Install your Norton Small Business product.
