Manage your Norton Core guest network

After you have set up your guest network, you can change the network name, block a device from the network, extend the network duration, or disable the network.

Change your guest network name

  1. Open the Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Settings > Guest Network.

  4. In the Guest Network screen, tap your guest network name.

  5. Under Network Name, tap the guest network name and edit it as required.

  6. On the top-right corner, tap Save.

Block or unblock a user in your guest network

  1. Open the Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Devices.

  4. In the Devices screen, do one of the following:

    • To block a guest user, under Currently on Your Network, slide the device name to the left and tap Block.

    • To unblock a guest user, under Blocked, slide the device name to the left and tap Allow.

Change or extend the guest network duration

  1. Open the Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Settings > Guest Network.

  4. In the Guest Network screen, tap Time Remaining.

  5. Under Reset Time, tap one of the predefined durations.

  6. On the top-right corner, tap Save.

Disable or enable the guest network

  1. Open the Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Settings > Guest Network.

  4. In the Guest Network screen, slide the Enable switch to off or on.
