Press the Windows logo key and R key simultaneously to open the Run dialog box.
In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
In the list of currently installed programs, select Norton Utilities Ultimate, and click Remove or Uninstall
If you are prompted with the User Account Control window, click Yes.
In the Norton Utilities Ultimate window, select Uninstall.
In the confirmation window, click Uninstall.
Tick the box beside Delete all backups and log files only if you do not plan to reinstall Norton Utilities Ultimate. If you plan to reinstall the application, we recommend that you do not tick this option.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
When the uninstall finishes, exit all programs and restart your computer.

At the top of your home screen, in the Apple menu bar, click Go > Applications.
Scroll down and double-click Norton Utilities Uninstaller.
When the Norton Utilities uninstaller window appears, click Continue.
When prompted, type your administrator account password, and then click Install Helper. This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.
Wait while the uninstaller removes the Norton product from your Mac.
When prompted, type your administrator account password, and then click OK.
When the confirmation message appears, click Finish, or optionally click Continue to complete the uninstall survey.
Your Norton Utilities Ultimate application is now uninstalled from your Mac.
