Message: "Profile Installation Failed. A connection to the server could not be established."

This problem can happen if an older version of Norton Family profile is installed on your device. To fix this problem, remove and reinstall the Norton Family profile on your iOS device.

Remove and reinstall the Norton Family profile

  1. From the Home screen, go to Settings, and then go to General.

  2. Tap Profile, and then tap Enrollment Profile.

  3. Tap Remove management and then tap Remove management again to confirm.

    If you see a prompt, enter your passcode.

  4. Launch Norton Family app.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.
