Update your Norton subscription status

Applicable for: Mac;Windows

If your subscription renewal date is incorrect, you can synchronize your Norton product with the Norton server to correct the date.

Synchronize your Norton product with the server

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. On the top-right corner, click Help > Subscription Status.

  3. Click Close.

Synchronizing updates the Norton server with the subscription information that is stored on your computer. After synchronization, your subscription status (current or expired) will be the same on both your Norton product and the Norton server.
