Update the verbal passcode

You use a verbal passcode to confirm your identity when speaking with a LifeLock member service agent by phone. It is an added layer of protection to authenticate the identity of the person calling.

Use the information below to update your verbal passcode.

  1. Sign in to your Norton.

  2. Click MONITORED INFO tab.

  3. Scroll down to the CONTACT PREFERENCES section.

  4. Next to Verbal Passcode, click Update.

  5. Enter a verbal passcode of your choice and then click Save.
