Oprava problémů, pokud nemůžete aktivovat Norton VPN na zařízeních Smart TV
You may face issues in activating Norton VPN on your Smart TV device under the following scenarios:
- Your Smart TV device has not met the minimum operating system requirements
- To activate Norton VPN on your Smart TV device, it should meet the following minimum operating system requirements:
- Android TV 10 or later
- Apple tvOS 17 or later
- Amazon Fire TV devices running Fire OS 8 and later.
- To find the operating system of your Smart TV device, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Settings on your Smart TV.
- Do one of the following:
- On your Android TV, on the Settings page, click System and then click About.
- On your Apple TV, on the Settings page, click General and then click About.
- On your Amazon Fire TV, select My Fire TV or Device & Software (name depends on your Fire OS version) and then click About.
- In the screen that appears, you should find the Android, Apple, or Amazon Fire TV OS version.
- Your Norton VPN subscription in a single device plan
- To activate Norton VPN on your Smart TV device, you need to upgrade to a multi-device plan.
- You have a Norton 360 subscription
- Your Norton 360 subscription cannot be used to install Norton VPN on your Smart TV. You need to have Norton VPN Standard with a multi-device subscription, or Norton VPN Plus or Norton VPN Ultimate subscription to install Norton VPN on your Smart TV.
