Enable Anti-Malware scan option in Norton 360 app on your Android device

You can configure the Anti-Malware scan options in your Norton 360 app that helps you scan and remove apps that contains viruses, spyware, and other cyberthreats.

Enable Anti-Malware scan

1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

2. At the bottom of the main screen, tap Account, and tap Settings.

3. Tap Security.

4. In the Scans section, next to Scan System Apps, move the slider to turn it on.

5. To include the SD Card in the scan, next to Scan SD Card, move the slider to turn it on.

   Scanning the SD card may increase the scan time and slow down the device.
