Update your account details

Sign in to your account.

On the Billing Information page, do the following:

If you want to update your card details, click icon and type in any information that you want to update.

If you want to add the card details, fill in the billing details. Ensure that the information you have entered is correct.

Click Save.

If you have issues updating or adding your billing information, contact Member Services & Support. For more information, read Update your credit card information.

If you want to delete your billing information, you must cancel subscription renewal. For more information, read Norton refund and cancellation policies.

Sign in to your account.

On the Account Settings page, do the following:

To update the email address, click icon next to Email. Type your current password and new email address. Once you are done, click Update Email.

To update the password, click icon next to Password. Type your current password and a new password. Once you are done, click Change Password.

To update your first and last name, mobile number, and address, click icon next to Name. Do your required changes and then tap Update.

To receive latest updates from NortonLifeLock, click the checkbox next to Email preferences.

Sign in to your account.

On the Order History tab, click on your order to view the order details. The details include:

• Features/services that your subscription is entitled for.

• Product key and the serial number of your order.
