Norton account doesn't load after sign in
Sometimes you may need to clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies to resolve issues.
Select your browser for instructions:
Clear browsing data in Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
- Under Privacy and security, click Clear browsing data.
- Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Clear browsing data in Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click the Open menu icon in the top-right corner, then click History.
- Click Clear recent history....
- In the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything.
- Select all options, then click OK.
Clear browsing data in Safari
- Open Safari.
- From the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.
- On the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data, then click Remove All.
- Click Remove Now to confirm.
