Extend your protection to your other devices
Applicable for: Android;Mac;Windows;iOS
If your subscription allows multiple installations, you can install your protection on additional PC, Mac, or mobile devices at no extra cost. Find the number of seats that are available with your subscription to see if you can extend Norton protection to other devices.
Find the number of seats available with your plan

Sign in to your account.

In the My Subscriptions tab, select your subscription plan.

Find the number of licenses available for installation under the subscription.
If you have additional licenses available, you can protect more devices.
Install your protection on another PC or Mac

Sign in to your account.

On the dashboard page, click Download.
If you want to install a different subscribed product, go to My Subscriptions. In the My Subscriptions tab, select the Norton product with an active subscription and click Download. -
In the Get Started page, click Send Download Link.

Type an email address that you can access on PC or Mac.
- Click Send.
An email is sent to the email address with instructions to install the Norton product.

On the device where you want to download your protection, locate and open the email that you received from Norton and click Download Now.

Click Agree and Download.

Save the file on your computer and double-click the file to install your protection.
By default, the file is saved in the Downloads folder on both Mac and Windows computers.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
Install your protection on mobile devices

Sign in to your account.

On the dashboard page, click Download.

In the Get Started page, click Send a download link.

Type an email address that you can access on your mobile.
You can also send the download link as a text message to a mobile number or copy the download link and share it. You can also open the camera app on your new device, point it at the QR code, then tap the link to download the app.
- Click Send.
An email is sent to the email address with instructions to install the Norton product.

On the device where you want to download your protection, locate and open the email that you received from Norton and click Download Now.

In the Get Started page, choose the Norton product that you want to install and then click Next.

Download and install the product from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
