Review the alert that you received from LifeLock
If you received an alert, you can validate if you have initiated the activity. Depending on the response, we will review the situation and let you know what we find, through phone or email. You can validate an alert on the alert message that you received or by signing into your account.
Review an alert
Sign in to your account.
Click Alerts tab.
On the alert that you want to validate, do one of the following:
Click Yes if you have initiated the activity.
LifeLock sends you an email confirmation, and the alert is moved to the Archived tab.
Click No if you did not initiate the activity.
LifeLock investigates this situation, and the alert is moved to the Disputed tab.
If you are not sure if you initiated the activity with the company, here are a couple of resources to help you determine the activity.
If you do not see options to validate, the notification includes the information we have found and provides you with additional education.
For Norton offerings provided to you by a Service Provider or through channels outside the United States, the LifeLock identity theft protection services and coverage, plan feature names and functionality might differ from the services offered directly by NortonLifeLock.
